The service

Party Peach provides party planning estimates, shopping lists, timelines and inspiration. All quantities, prices and totals are planning estimates, not quotes. Venue, supplier and product information comes from third parties; availability, suitability, capacity and hire pricing must always be confirmed with the business directly. Fictional demonstration listings are clearly labelled and cannot be purchased.

Accounts

The calculator is free without an account. Saving a party requires an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which removes your saved plans and personal data.

Paid plans and subscriptions

Single Party Pass (£4.99, one-off) unlocks the complete planning tools for one chosen event. It stays attached to that event for its lifetime and cannot be transferred to a different event. Deleting the event does not refund or move the pass.

Party Peach Plus (£19.99/year) unlocks the complete planning tools for every event in your account. It renews automatically each year at the then-current annual price. You can cancel renewal at any time from the Billing page; you keep full access until the end of the paid year, and no further payment is taken.

Access is granted only after your payment is confirmed by our payment provider. If a payment fails, is cancelled during checkout or is refunded, the corresponding access is not granted or is withdrawn. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds and your rights

If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we will review it. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Shopping and affiliate links

Some outgoing shopping links are affiliate links, clearly marked "Ad · affiliate link", which earn Party Peach a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Purchases are completed on the retailer's own website under the retailer's terms, prices, delivery and returns policies. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping, no attempting to access other people's plans, no submitting false business information, and no using guest sign-up pages to send spam. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

Party Peach is provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party businesses, inaccurate third-party information, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Customer support

For help with your account, purchases or the service, contact us from the email address registered on your account via the Account page, and we will reply to that address. Billing questions can also be raised from the Billing & purchases page.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
